A Körber Layer Picker Mono Gantry System handles up to 226 picks per hour and can automatically build rainbow pallets with different layers or be combined with our Pallet-to-Tray solution to break pallets down into items. The Mono Gantry can handle up to 16 pallet locations in each gantry and up to 4 layers at the time.

98 % of all product- and packaging types are handled by the Layer Picker due to the unique vacuum and clamping technology that lifts both single and multiple layers with an unseen speed.

Power your warehouse with excess energy

The Layer Picker Mono Gantry regenerates energy during breaking. This energy can be utilized by other equipment in your warehouse.

It works just like when an electric car decelerates and adds power to the battery.

The Layer Picker is moved back and forth by a magnetic solution in the gantry. This solution almost doubles the speed compared to traditional gantry solutions and allows for an accumulation of energy. This energy that can be used to power the lifting of the Layer Picker head or sent back to your internal grid.

The Mono Gantry system requires little space compared to other gantry systems and even manual picking areas.
