Our sturdy VarioRoute is available in two versions:
- VarioRoute is capable of handling a broad spectrum of shipments with various sizes and packaging materials. Typical applications include bulk splitting and primary sorting in the inbound area, diverting exceptions in the singulated flow, 2- or 3-way flow splitting prior to sorter infeeds, and parcel alignment.
- VarioRoute is available in two versions: VR850, with a nominal width of 850 mm (33.5 in) for most the common applications and VR1600, with a nominal width of 1600 mm (63 in), for larger parcels. Both versions are available in a variety of lengths and are based on a modular design.

Our high-speed induction
With our fully automatic induction for high-speed feeding, you can realize a throughput of up to 4,500 parcels per hour. The system gently inducts small and regular-sized parcels and can be flexibly adapted to different throughput needs. The design supports high operational availability, easy maintenance, and low life-cycle costs.
