Specialty outdoor retailer strives for improved accuracy
Moosejaw, a specialty outdoor retailer, has grown to become a leader in the outdoor retail and apparel industry with 11 retail stores. Moosejaw used a mixed distribution model with a homegrown inventory management system until they saw opportunity for improvement. Specifically, Moosejaw could improve customer experience by eliminating the probability of lose orders and increased inventory and fulfilment accuracy. To achieve this, Moosejaw partnered with Körber to implement a full-featured, cloud-based warehouse management system.
