The Power of Partnership: Körber's Contribution  

For Metsä’s “Future mill”-project at their Mariestad mill, Körber has been entrusted with delivering six end-of-line layer palletizing systems. Körber’s understanding of the challenges of a modern tissue production and Körber’s strength in automation to deliver seamless palletizing solutions integrating transport conveyors, layer palletizers, pallet stretch wrappers and pallet labelers including complete data-tracking and communication to an ERP host system, guarantees the reliable processing of rolled tissue papers and folded paper towels. This not only enhances productivity and a preventive maintenance schedule but also contributes to energy savings and a safer working environment. 

 

The integration of Körber's innovative technology into Metsä's expansion and modernization plan aligns with the strategic Future Mill program, emphasizing world-class environmental and operational performance.
