Joe Couto

CEO Africa, Asia Pacific & Latin America

Joe Couto serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Körber Supply Chain Software for Latin America, Asia-Pacific, and Africa. As CEO, he leads the Körber business strategy for these regions to ensure customer success. This covers marketing, sales, solution implementation, support and partner business development. In addition to CEO, Joe also acts as Körber’s global leader for 3PL, retail execution, and transportation practices. In this role, Joe drives the strategy, product development, and works with other CEO’s to align with the business and ensure execution excellence for customers around the world. With over 30 years of industry experience, Joe is a well-respected leader in the supply chain community. On his way to CEO, Joe has been a WMS logistics expert, sales consulting and deployment expert. At 28, he co-founded an industrial-grade 3PL software company. This business eventually became a core solution for HighJump, a global supply chain software company acquired by Körber. Creating an environment where it’s okay to learn and even fail has led Joe and his teams to success over the years. He builds a culture of trust, both within his teams and with his customers. Joe enjoys family time at his cottage in Muskoka, Ontario.
